“ Stayed a couple of times on the recommendation of my parents who preferred this hotel on their Balikbayan visits. It's not fancy and a bit run down at my last stay almost 20 years ago, but it has good security, as in measures to keep out non-guests. I've stayed on the top floor with the ocean view, which is nice, and is removed enough from the noisy street. The room furniture is not very luxurious, with plastic patio chairs, but the bathroom and bed were clean and the room was spacious. The staff is friendly and discrete. Having the small cafeteria restaurant in the lobby is convenient, with decent food choices; there's lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance if the cafeteria isn't enough. The sea wall at the boulevard is a nice place to stroll in the evening among the locals. ”
“ Customer Service was amazing.. the room we first got was outdated and had some issues but the hotel staff fixed the issue and everything was great. ”
“ We've always stay for a month here once a year when we visit family. And we love it! Great customer service. Their room is clean, May not be grandeous but the facilities works. It's all we need for a good night's rest. The Filomena Cafe down the lobby has affordable food and the staff are wonderful and accommodating. I recommend this hotel. ”
“ The food is superb. I love the values they uphold such as no smoking and no alcohol in the premises which makes it safe for guests with families and with allergic rhinitis. The single room is big and it's CR. Hot and cold water, the wifi is good the staffs are accomodating. The building's structure seems reliable and there is no reservation fee ”
“ The staff is just great! Always there to help and to chat, very lovely people. Location is perfect, close by everything. Nice breakfast. Rooms were ok, but I think they could be better, but very affordable hotel. ”
